What is it of this word tells you? Is it something that you know of? Well you heard of theword Quran before, of course, but what about Hamlatul Quran? It is in Arabicand if we translate the word, it becomes “bearer” in English. Thus HamlatulQuran is the ‘bearer of Quran’. The name is given to someone who has completelymemorized the whole Quran. It is a beautiful title which was given to a Muslimthat has finally, after all his hard work in memorizing the verses of the Quranin their hearts and mind. Some recognized them as hafiz or huffaz but Iwill use the term Hamlatul Quran as hafiz means that someone who remember andmemorize a lot of hadiths in their heart.
Picture this, your non-Muslimfriend came to you and wanted you to help him to answer a question. So, heasked you the question,” Hey can you help me what is the meaning of this? Heshowed the word of one of the chapters in the Quran. You will start feeling alittle anxious and a question pop in your head which is “What am I going toanswer him!?”
When it comes to this matter, manydid not seem to care. If you are in the situation such as above, would you ratherfeel ashamed? A non Muslim friend seeking your help and you cannot find theanswer just because you did not know the Quran. I do feel ashamed. In fact youshould be ashamed. A Muslim does not know how to explain the Divine Revelationsto other peoples should be ashamed.

moral pada zaman modern ini sudah mencerminkan kehidupan jahiliyah. Manusia di
dunia kini merasa modern, tapi penuh kebodohan dalam memahami hakikat hidup. Akhlak
di berbagai negara yang berpenduduk mayoritas Muslim juga ikut rusak. Salah
satu penyebabnya, yakni tidak diaplikasikannya ajaran Islam dengan baik. Itu
terjadi karena pendidikan yang jauh dari nilai Islami.
Profesor pakar pendidikan asal Malaysia, Prof Dr Wan Mohd Nor Wan Daud,
mengajak semua kaum Muslimin untuk kembali mengamalkan nilai-nilai Islam.
Setiap orang tidak harus mengubah profesinya untuk menjadi ustadz atau kiai.
Tapi, tetap berprofesi sesuai bidang yang digelutinya dengan menerapkan nilai Islam
sehingga berakhlak mulia. Konsep Islamisasi ilmu ini tidak hanya bisa
diterapkan oleh umat Islam. Masyarakat non-Muslim pun bisa menyerapnya.
1-There is no nas qat’i (conclusive/definitiveevidence) from the Qur’an and the Sunnah on this matter. All the evidences putforward by those who permit it, do not show that it is permissible for nonMuslim to use the word Allah. Since there is no conclusive evidence from theQur’an and the Sunnah, this matter falls under zanniyyat, something which is based on human discretion. Muslimscholars need to base their argument on historical, epistemological,theological and semantic analysis. There will be right and wrong opinionsdepend on who has the strong argument. Definitely wisdom and in-depth analysismust be stressed, and not just literal interpretation. Although there is noconclusive evidence this does not mean that we cannot reach certainty indealing with this issue. In this short but concise paper I will provideconclusive arguments which will demonstrate that non Muslim should not bepermitted to use the word Allah in any ways to refer to their God even in theirpublication for their own community. As long as they live in Muslim countrythey have to respect their Muslim neighbors.
